Corrections jump the queue

If something on this site is wrong — a law that’s changed, a strength that’s misprinted, a product that’s been reformulated since I reviewed it — tell me and it gets fixed first, ahead of anything else in the inbox.

Please include the page link. When a page is wrong I fix it, add a dated note at the bottom saying what changed, and log it publicly. I don’t quietly edit and move on.

Product suggestions

If there’s something you want tested, send it over. I’m especially interested in anything regional — the brands that are big in one country and invisible everywhere else are the ones nobody writes about properly.

Brands, retailers and agencies

I’m happy to hear about a new product or a reformulation. I’ll add it to the list and buy it like everything else.

What I’m not open to: paid placement, sponsored reviews, guaranteed scores, link exchanges, guest posts, or “collaborations” that are any of those wearing a different hat. Please don’t ask — it saves us both the email.

Samples are a grey area and I’d rather be blunt about it: I buy my own products, and I’d need a very good reason to change that. If I ever accept one, the review will say so at the top.

What I can’t help with

I’m not a doctor and I can’t give medical advice. If you’re trying to quit smoking or quit nicotine entirely, a doctor or your national cessation service has options I genuinely can’t offer you — and they’re usually free.

I also can’t sell you anything. This isn’t a shop and I don’t hold stock.
